The goods was delivered way pass the promised date provided. The customized product was 3 to 8inches off. Despite all this, their customer service is top-notch though.
Jessie was well aware of the delivery issue and has been consistently communicating and updating me the delivery status.
The supplier did recongized the issue and offered me a partial refund.
Overall, I’m pretty satisfied and wouldn’t mind using their service again.
